Package One - Basic Wedding
This package is for the hire of the garden for your perfect day. We have several breathtaking settings to offer from the formal area, where there is a full wrought iron lace rotunda leading into the middle of a tranquil waterlillied pond, to the Rainforest area, where the palms are all under planted with colourful tropical species, to Lovers Lane which also has a tranquil pond and plenty of standing room so all your guests can enjoy the ceremony. Or why not have some fun shots on the veranda of our delightful little cottage.

Package Two - Basic +
This package includes the above plus:
- Carpet and the use of 40 chairs with no covers.
- Rehearsals (held Monday to Friday) are no charge but limited to 1 hour maximum

Price $770
Package Three - All Inclusive
This is by far our most popular package. Take the stress and worry out of your day, let us do it all for you.
This package includes the above plus:
- Red carpet for your desired area
- 40 Chairs with 14 covered and decorated with satin ribbon, the colour of your choice.
- Registry table also decorated to the colour of your choice.
- Option to extend time subject to availability on the day - please ask for pricing
Price $880
Photography Options
- This option is for those couples who have chosen to have their ceremony at another venue, but still want to have photos at Joncia Gardens. We also cater for people who would like to have formal photos etc.
- We charge a flat rate of $100 per hour (min 2 hours) for use of our gardens for photos. This does not include a photographer and only available Monday to Friday only.
- Please ask for Weekend pricing if required.
- Couples are welcome to have engagement photos at Joncia Gardens before their ceremony at a cost of $50 per hour (must have a booking)
Terms and Conditions
- A deposit of $300.00 is required to secure your date - your date is not confirmed until the deposit is made
- The deposit is NON REFUNDABLE in the event of cancellation.
- The $300 deposit secures the DATE you have chosen.
- The remaining balance is to be paid 30 days prior to the wedding.
- All monies paid to Joncia Gardens are NON REFUNDABLE in the event of a cancellation.
- A copy of your invitation must be sent to Joncia Gardens a minimum of 4 weeks prior to your event via email to ensure your times match your booking.
- Times booked must be strictly adhered to as we may have an event prior to and/or after your Ceremony.
- If you have your own decorations requiring time to setup you must negotiate a time due to the possibility of prior ceremonies on the day.
- Under NO circumstances are fake petals, rice or any confetti or similar to be thrown on the property
- Any damage to the property will be charged.
- If children are attending, it is advised that you nominate a responsible person to supervise them at all times.
- All events have a time limit of 2 hours. Guest arrival from 30 minutes prior to start time.
- ALCOHOL or FOOD are not permitted on grounds.
- All correspondence is made with the booking couple only, third parties will not be answered.
- Visits to Joncia Gardens welcome by appointment only.
- Rehearsals by appointment only (held Monday to Friday) are no charge but limited to 1 hour maximum
- As Joncia Gardens is also our home, we do appreciate your consideration in keeping it tidy whilst you are visting.
